• In accordance with the parking fees and application principles of the Public Private Cooperation (PPP) tariff published by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority (DHMI); disabled citizens who wish to use our parking facilities free of charge for up to a maximum of 15 days, are required to be in the vehicle in person and be able to present the documents proving their disability (disabled identity card issued by the relevant ministry, disability report or disabled registered vehicle license issued in their name).

To take advantage of short-term subscription fees (15, or 30 days), users must subscribe within 3 hours of entering the parking area by processing their payment at either the manual payment kiosk on floor P3 of the purple and red parking lot, the information desk on the departures floor, or via mobile payment.

Subscriptions for 15 and 30 days can also be completed using the automatic payment points on floors P3, P2, P4, P5, and P6 in the purple and red parking lots, the automatic payment points on floors P2, P4, P5, and P6 in the turquoise and blue parking lot, and floor P2 in the yellow parking lot, within 3 hour of your arrival at the parking lot.

Subscription cards allow for single checkout in our short-term subscriptions (15-30 days).

Drivers who have lost their parking tickets can use their driver's license or ID card to process payment at the manual payment points on floor P3 of the purple and red parking lots. When a ticket has been lost, a new ticket can be generated based on the entry information obtained from camera recordings, and standard parking fees are applied.

1. The speed limit within the parking area is a maximum of 20 km/h, as indicated on the signs.
2. On ramps, the speed limit is 10 km/h, and drivers are required to comply with this limit.
3. Drivers must pay attention to pedestrian crossings, directional signs, and road markings within the parking lot.
4. Pedestrian right-of-way is a priority, and pedestrians must always be given the right of passage.
5. Reverse maneuvers in the parking area must be done cautiously, with proper attention to visibility.
6. Vehicles must be parked within the designated parking lines. Vehicles that extend beyond their space, occupy two spots, or obstruct passage may be towed.
7. It is prohibited to idle or wait in the parking lot with the engine running.
8. Emergency areas, fire hydrants, and pedestrian walkways must not be blocked under any circumstances.
9. It is recommended not to leave valuable items visible inside the vehicle. The vehicle owner is responsible in cases of loss or theft.
10. The parking lot is divided into zones marked with Blue, Red, Purple, Turquoise, and Yellow colors. The Blue, Red, Purple, and Turquoise blocks each have a total of 7 levels (P6, P5, P4, P3, P2, P1, and R), while the Yellow block consists of only 3 levels (P2, P1, and R).
11. Level R is designated exclusively for rental car services.
12. Vehicle entry is via level P1, and exits are made from level P2.
13. The P3 levels in the Blue, Red, Purple, and Turquoise blocks are reserved solely for valet service and are not accessible to passengers.
14. The parking area is monitored by surveillance cameras 24/7 and recordings are kept for security purposes.
15. Valuable items should not be left inside the vehicle. The responsibility belongs to the owner in case of any theft or loss.
16. Failure to comply with parking rules may result in legal action in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
17. For operational reasons, vehicles may be relocated to another parking spot on the same level by parking staff.
18. As part of security protocols, parking authorities have the right to inspect parts of the vehicle that are not visible.
19. It is strictly forbidden to park vehicles outside of designated parking spaces – especially on pedestrian walkways or fire lanes – even for short periods such as loading or unloading.
20. In the event of vehicle damage caused by third parties within the parking area, our policy requires guests to report to the Airport Security Directorate in order to review security footage and file a complaint against the person or vehicle responsible.

Furthest scenario: When parked on floor P1 in the furthest accessible parking space;
The distance from the parked vehicle to the elevator is 75 meters,
Taking the elevator up five floors and walking 125 meters from the terminal.

The estimated time to reach the terminal is 10 minutes, with an average of 5 minutes for wheelchair assistance and 5 minutes for the elevator.
(This does not include the time required to exit the vehicle and transfer to the wheelchair. The maximum speed for a wheelchair is assumed to be 3 km/h.)

Nearest scenario: When parked in the nearest accessible parking lot on level P5;
The distance from the vehicle to the terminal entrance is 90 meters.

The estimated time to reach the terminal by wheelchair is 3 minutes.
(This does not include the time required to exit the vehicle and transfer to the wheelchair. The maximum speed for a wheelchair is assumed to be 3 km/h.)

Our guests with mobility impairments using wheelchairs can access the terminal from the P6 floor.
