“Dreams Are Moving to Digital – From Canvas to Pixels” Project Launched

As part of World Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd, iGA Istanbul Airport, in collaboration with TODEV and technology partner Upfilts, launched the “Dreams Are Moving to Digital – From Canvas to Pixels” project. As part of the initiative, children with autism painted their dream journeys, which were then digitized and enriched with animations through augmented reality (AR) technology. In this way, their limitless imaginations were brought to life and shared widely across social media platforms.

The project also offered children an unforgettable travel experience. With the support of the “iGA Yanımda” accessibility services, they flew from Istanbul to Antalya and spent a joyful day at The Land of Legends theme park.

In the final stage, NFT versions of the artworks were created and each sold for 1,000 USD, with all proceeds donated to TODEV. This initiative not only provided meaningful experiences for children and their families but also highlighted iGA’s strong commitment to accessibility and inclusivity, demonstrating how technology and social responsibility can be combined to create lasting value.
