​ Special Passenger Service Point

 

Our check-in area offers our guests the opportunity to wait in a calmer area and get their preparations done before check-in.

The two special passenger service points available in our airport’s check-in area at check-in islands B and M are designed to provide free service to our guests who want a calmer space, charge their electric wheelchair or take off their prostheses and hand them in as hold baggage.

  • Departing passenger floor, Check-in area, check-in island M
Wheelchair for Visitors (currently not available due to pandemic.)

We offer free wheelchair service for our guests who are not a passenger and thus cannot benefit from assistance service furnished by airline companies.

At our airport, only passengers are eligible to benefit from their airlines’ wheelchair and assistance service. Our guests with gait disturbance visiting our airport to send off a passenger can request a wheelchair from our information desks.

This service is currently not available because visitors are denied access to the airport due to pandemic.
