Our video call center provides service between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm on weekdays for our guests communicating with sign language. You can reach our video call center service via the Istanbul Airport mobile application and istairport.com website. Only those who communicate with sign language can benefit from this service.

Ask Me Digital Info Kiosk
Our accessible digital info kiosks provide our guests with audiovisual live assistance which they can use to scan their ticket and query their boarding gate and plot a route thereto or any other location within the airport. Ask Me digital kiosks found at 23 different spots provide also live assistance in Turkish/International sign language during office hours. (Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 01:00 PM – 05:00 PM)
