Sunflower Badge aims at improving the airport experience of our guests with ‘invisible’ special needs such as autism, dementia, anxiety disorder, impaired vision or the like.
If a person wears this badge, our staff will know that you have invisible special needs that may call for additional support, patience and time. Your badge will not give insight to your special needs or the special difficulties you may face. Therefore, please contact our staff if you should be in need for special support.

Will the badge give me any priority or privilege during security check?
The badge does not bestow any priority or privilege during security check. However, our security staff will easily recognize you and know that you may need additional support, patience and time.
May I use the badge at other airports?
The Sunflower badge can be used at any airport where the Sunflower badge is current practice. Please contact the relevant airport to find out whether the Sunflower badge is a current practice there.
