iGA Pass Daily

iGA Pass Daily package allows you to benefit from all of the iGA Pass privileges for a full day at both international and domestic floors, within the established usage scopes of relevant service points as listed below. With iGA Pass Daily, you can experience the travel comfort presented to you above the clouds.

 

Within the package activation starting with the first usage, the services of Lounge, Buggy, Fast Check-In and Fast Track which is available at security points located at entrance gates 1 and 3 for one day. In addition, for both international and domestic arrival flights, Buggy service on the arrival floor; and for international departure flights, Fast track service on the departure floor will be available to you with the condition of your flight being within 7 days of the first activation.

 

You can purchase your iGA Pass Daily membership from our call center (444 1 442), our website (www.igapass.com), İstanbul Airport mobile application or iGA Pass sale points located inside Istanbul Airport’s terminal.

Within the package activation starting with the first usage, the services of Lounge, Buggy, Fast Check-In and Fast Track which is available at security points located at entrance gates 1 and 3 for one day. In addition, for both international and domestic arrival flights, Buggy service on the arrival floor; and for international departure flights, Fast track service on the departure floor will be available to you with the condition of your flight being within 7 days of the first activation.

 

You can purchase your iGA Pass Daily membership from our call center (444 1 442), our website (www.igapass.com), İstanbul Airport mobile application or iGA Pass sale points located inside Istanbul Airport’s terminal.

 

  • iGA Pass Daily is available for purchase for guests who are 12 years old or older
  • Guests aged between 0-6 can benefit from the rights alongside the package owner for free.
  • iGA Pass Daily package is activated automatically after the QR code is scanned for the first service usage.
  • Lounge service can only be used once.
  • Lounge service is limited to 6 hours of usage.
  • iGA Pass Daily package does not include any guest rights.
  • The rights to iGA Pass Daily memberships are special for the member and the service rights cannot be used by another or be transfered to another in the cases of the member not being present.

Conditions

  • In order for the iGA Pass member to enter iGA Lounge, their valid boarding hour must be within 6 hours starting from the time of entry. iGA Pass members and their guests are limited to stay for a maximum of 6 hours on a single usage of iGA Lounge.
  • Members who use Lounge service for 6 hours or more will be charged with walk-in price.
  • To benefit from our services, you can show your QR code in your membership profile to the agent in charge at iGA Pass points after logging in to the İstanbul Airport mobile application.

  • İGA Pass Daily package is available at both international and domestic floors.
  • iGA Pass Daily package rights are unique to the owner and are available for usage for only one passenger.

iGA Pass Daily Frequently Asked Questions

The services included in the package you have purchased and the QR code for these services are found in the iGA Pass menu in the lower right corner of the Istanbul Airport mobile app. To benefit from the services in your daily package, simply scan your QR code at the relevant service points or tell our staff your registered phone number. In case of the latter, an SMS code will be sent to your phone which you will have to confirm. If the package was purchased as a gift, the phone number of the person who received it as a gift must be provided.

You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If, however, you start using any of the services included in the package before the fourteen (14) days’ withdrawal period has expired, you will forfeit the right of withdrawal.

If you have not used any of the services after purchase, you can exercise your right to withdraw by submitting an explicit statement to iGA Service & Sales desks or by phone call to our Call Center within the time stated above.

There are two iGA Pass sales desks, one in front of counter K in the international landside area and one next to iGA Lounge entrance in the international airside area.
