Assistance Services

 

Wheelchair services with an assistant can be requested from the relevant airline company. To receive assistance services without extended wait times, guests are advised to make reservations with their airline during ticket purchase or at least 48 hours prior to their flight. Guests who have made a reservation can inform the staff of their arrival, using the assistance call phones in front of the terminal entrance gates. Benches are available at the first entrance gate where you can wait for the assistant to arrive.
