In the event that my request to visit the Spotter Area (“Area”) located at Istanbul Airport (“Airport”) is accepted, I hereby agree, declare, and undertake to comply with the relevant legislative provisions, including but not limited to the rules announced or communicated to me regarding the management, operation, and security of the Airport during the Event (“Event”), both while accessing the Area and while being present in the Area. I will avoid actions that may disturb other participants of the Event, will not take photographs or videos of third parties without their explicit consent, will not cause any damage to the Area or the equipment located in the Area, and if I cause any damage to the Area, the equipment located in the Area, or any third parties, I will be solely responsible for all damages incurred and will indemnify iGA Airport Havalimani İşletmesi A.Ş. (“iGA”) and its group companies from all damages, claims, demands, and allegations.
Furthermore, I hereby agree, declare, and undertake that iGA and its group companies cannot be held liable in any way for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the Event or as a result of the Event, including any damages incurred by Event participants due to any incident or action of any person during or because of the Event. I acknowledge and accept this condition knowingly and voluntarily participate in the Event. I understand that I am responsible for any risk and liability related to any damaging incidents, including accidents and external factors that may occur during the Event, and I will not claim any compensation or make any other demands from iGA and/or its group companies under any circumstances. Additionally, I will take all necessary security measures to ensure the safety of the equipment I bring with me during the Event. The mandatory provisions of the relevant legislation remain reserved.
