As you may be aware, regulations within the aviation industry hold extreme importance, and comprehensive training plays a crucial role in the process of learning these rules. With this approach, we successfully introduced an international training program into our country by signing an agreement with ACI.

With this agreement, we can impart our expertise and experience in the aviation industry to future generations, and contribute to the development of the sector by providing training, as the largest airport in the world and the region's most significant aviation hub.

Luis Felipe de Oliveira, General Director of ACI World, provided the following statement, "iGA Istanbul Airport is one of our member airports, and Kadri Samsunlu has recently joined us as an Executive Board Member of ACI World. Our objective is to expand our perspective, empowering airports to deliver enhanced services to their passengers. We aim to double our passenger count within the next 20 years. As a leading organization in the aviation industry, we continue to collaborate with ICAO and other organizations to establish a unified foundation. Airports account for 60 percent of the workforce in the industry. Consequently, we take pride in contributing to the socio-economic development and improvement of the system with our educational programs.

Juan Carlos Salazar, Secretary-General of the International Civil Aviation Organization, addressed the goals of airports during the signature ceremony, to achieve net-zero emissions, stating that, "At ICAO, we are continuing in our efforts to reduce global carbon emissions." Our negotiations to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050 continue. I would like to emphasize that we possess all the necessary technical capabilities to uphold this commitment. Airports and airline companies have declared their commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. Great responsibilities are entrusted to governments to implement long-term objectives during the subsequent stages of this period."
