Induction loop devices are available at the Information Desks for hearing aid users. Signs displaying our services in braille can be found at the information point at the end of the tactile paving, directly opposite the terminal entrance.

Ask Me Digital Information Kiosk

Accessible kiosks, that can also be used in sign language, provide live audiovisual assistance for service or location inquiries, flight information, and route planning.

Our digital information kiosks offer live audiovisual assistance, allowing passengers to scan their tickets, inquire about their boarding gates, and map out routes to any location within the airport. The 'Ask Me' digital kiosks, found at 23 different locations, offer live assistance in Turkish sign language 24-hours a day.
