
Flight Information Displays
Check-in counter details can be viewed on the Flight Information Displays located before passport control. Flight times can be viewed on the Flight Information Displays located after passport control. The walking distance to each gate is provided on the Flight Information Displays.

Information Desks
Orange information desks can be found at 10 different locations throughout the terminal. Translation gadgets and an induction loop system for hearing aid users are available at these desks.
Digital Information Kiosk
The orange, dual-screen accessible digital information kiosks can scan your ticket and provide a video and audio real-time update, allowing you to search for a location, plan your route, and find out which gate you need.

Age Friendly Personal Assistants
Support personnel, identified by their yellow vests, are present throughout the terminal to support our elderly guests.

Assistance Services
Assistance services at our airport are provided by airline companies. These services can be booked when purchasing your ticket, or you can make a booking at least 48 hours before your flight.
On the day of your flight, the assistance service will reach you within 15 minutes. All you need to do is to use the dedicated phones located in front of the entrance. While waiting for the assistance service to arrive, you are welcome to use the benches located between the entrance doors. Our guests may have to wait up to 45 minutes for help if they do not make a reservation 48 hours in advance.
