Café Yanımda

iGA Istanbul Airport actively supports individuals with physical, sensory, and cognitive differences by implementing iGA Cares projects, disability employment initiatives, and awareness campaigns to foster their active participation in life. Furthermore, it extends a warm welcome to its guests with its innovative, accessible café. Launched in cooperation with TUM, a food and beverage service provider, Café Yanımda is proud of its disabled employees who welcome guests in the domestic departures area at iGA Istanbul Airport. This thoughtfully-designed accessible café features a private dining area for noise-sensitive individuals, a tactile map, a digital information kiosk with sign language services, electric wheelchair charging stations, and accessible tables and chairs. A percentage of the income is shared with nonprofit organizations dedicated to promoting accessibility.
