Tactile Paving for Visually-Impaired Guests

Visually-impaired guests can make use of the tactile paving application, which extends from the sidewalk at entrance doors 1, 3, and 7 on the departures floor, through the priority security checkpoint, to the information points; as well as from the arrivals floor reception points to the public transportation area and taxi waiting areas.

 

Information Desks, accessed via the tactile paving, display boards showing information in braille about the available services on the floor.

 

The tactile paving, which begins at the departure floor sidewalk, turns toward the right before reaching the entrance gates and then extending to the assistance call phones. To receive assistance services from the airlines, please contact the relevant personnel by picking up the phone and pressing the button to the right.
