The First Part of The Space Frame Roof of Istanbul Airport in Place

Installation of the first part of space frame roof for piers at Istanbul Airport is now underway. Construction continues at full speed in the terminal building of Istanbul Airport, which, when completed, will become the largest airport in the world 'built from scratch'. The roof of the structure which spans over an area of 145,000 square meters excluding the roof of the terminal building pier is defined as a space frame roof area.

iGA signed a loan agreement worth €4.5 billion with Ziraat Bank, Halkbank, VakıfBank, DenizBank, Garanti Bank and Finansbank to finance the first phase of Istanbul Airport.
