FIRST AID TEAMS

iGA Istanbul Airport provides uninterrupted Health Services 24/7 to all our guests with a team of over 200 healthcare professionals, including doctors, paramedics/emergency medical technicians, ambulance drivers, and other medical staff, guided by the motto "People First, Always."

Our airport employs personnel certified in first aid by the Turkish Ministry of Health. In the event of emergencies, they provide informed and effective first-aid interventions until professional teams arrive at the scene.

POLYCLINIC SERVICES

Our polyclinic area is located on the departing passenger floor on the landside and on the apron floor on the airside, providing a 24/7 service.

As part of our Polyclinic Services, we provide care in 7 different areas.
