iGA Pass Daily Domestic

iGA Pass Daily Domestic package allows you to benefit from all of the iGA Pass privileges at domestic floor for a full day and 4 days of Valet & Car Park.

 

Within the package activation starting with the first usage, the services of Domestic Lounge, Buggy, Fast Check-in and Fast Track which is available at security points located at entrance gates 1 and 3 along with the domestic departure floor will be available for usage. In addition, Buggy service on the arrival floor will also be available with the condition of your return flight being within 4 days of the first activation.

Conditions

 

  • 4 days (96 hours) of Car Park rights start when the guest enters the car park and is calculated from the date and hour information registered on their parking enterance ticket. The owner shall declare their parking ticket to a parking staff before leaving.
  • In the cases of the parking right not being used or being used less than 4 days (96 hours); the rights to parking do not transfer, cannot be used at a different time or be refunded.
  • If Valet & Car Park is used for more than 4 days, an additional fee is charged.
  • Members wishing to use Valet & Car Park services, must stop by the manuel payment points and use their rights before leaving the parking area.
  • Payment points for Valet & Car Park are located in Purple and Red Car Park P3. Members who have only benefitted from the Valet service may also use the payment points inside the terminal which are available across gate 9 on the domestic arrivals floor.
  • The owner can deliver their vehicle across gate number 3 from the domestic departure floor (P6 floor, purple car park area)
  • The owner can claim their vehicle across gate number 10 from the domestic arrival floor (P3 floor, purple car park area).
  • In cases with multiple package purchases, parking rights cannot be combined and parking rights are valid for different vehicles.

iGA Pass Daily Domestic package allows you to benefit from all of the iGA Pass privileges at domestic floor for a full day and 4 days of Valet & Car Park.

  • iGA Pass Daily Domestic is available for purchase for guests who are 7 years old or older
  • Guests aged between 0-6 can benefit from the rights alongside the package owner for free.
  • iGA Pass Daily Domestic package is activated automatically after the QR code is scanned for the first service usage.
  • Lounge service can only be used once.
  • Domestic Lounge service is limited to 6 hours of usage.
  • iGA Pass Daily Domestic package does not include any guest rights.

Conditions

  • In order for the iGA Pass member to enter iGA Lounge, their valid boarding hour must be within 6 hours starting from the time of entry. iGA Pass members and their guests are limited to stay for a maximum of 6 hours on a single usage of iGA Lounge.
  • Members who use Lounge service for 6 hours or more will be charged with walk-in price.
  • To benefit from our services, you can show your QR code in your membership profile to the agent in charge at iGA Pass points after logging in to the İstanbul Airport mobile application.

  • iGA Pass Daily Domestic package is only available on the Domestic floor
  • iGA Pass Daily Domestic package rights are unique to the owner and are available for usage for only one passenger.
  • For the package activation, the first service usage must be made on the departure floor
  • 4 days (96 hours) of Car Park rights start when the guest enters the car park and is calculated from the date and hour information registered on their parking enterance ticket. The owner shall declare their parking ticket to a parking staff before leaving.
  • In the cases of the parking right not being used or being used less than 4 days (96 hours); the rights to parking do not transfer, cannot be used at a different time or be refunded.
  • In the cases of an overuse on top of the 4 days (96 hours) provided, an extra fee will be charged concerning the Valet & Car Park service.
  • Members wishing to use Valet & Car Park services, must stop by the manuel payment points and exercise their usage rights before leaving the parking area.
  • Payment points for Valet & Car Park are located in Purple and Red Car Park P3. Members who have only benefitted from the Valet service may also use the payment points inside the terminal which are available across gate 9 on the domestic arrivals floor, and across gate 13 on the international arrivals floor.
  • Vehicle drop-off points from guest to valet: There are 2 vehicle drop-off points at the departures floor, namely 1 across entrance gate 2 for domestic flights and 1 across entrance gate 5 for international flights, plus 1 more vehicle drop-off point at the CIP area.
  • Vehicle pick-up points from valet to guest: There are 2 vehicle pick-up points at the arrivals floor, namely 1 across exit gate 9 for domestic flights and 1 across exit gate 13 for international flights.
  • In cases with multiple package purchases, parking rights cannot be combined and parking rights are valid for different vehicles.
  • If the package has not been activated within 1 year of the purchase, the rights are discontinued.
iGA Pass Daily Domestic Frequently Asked Questions

iGA Pass Daily packages are valid for 24 hours after the first use and include various service usage/benefit rights. If not used, they expire in a year from the date of purchase.

There are three (3) different iGA Pass daily package options: iGA Pass Daily, iGA Pass Daily Domestic and iGA Pass Daily Kids.

There are two iGA Pass sales desks, one in front of counter K in the international landside area and one next to iGA Lounge entrance in the international airside area.

You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If, however, you start using any of the services included in the package before the fourteen (14) days’ withdrawal period has expired, you will forfeit the right of withdrawal.

If you have not used any of the services after purchase, you can exercise your right to withdraw by submitting an explicit statement to iGA Service & Sales desks or by phone call to our Call Center within the time stated above.

We will send an e-invoice of your purchase to your registered e-mail address within 7 days.
