Pet Relief Room

We understand how important pets are, and endeavor to include them in our service quality. As such, the airport offers several amenities where passengers can take care of their pets' needs. Two Pet Relief Rooms are located beyond passport control on the departures floor.

Restrictions apply to the carriage of pets on board with passengers, based on the number and type of pets. Passengers may be permitted to carry pets on board if they have made an advance reservation.

Not all airlines permit pets on board. Please contact your airline company or travel agency before your departure date for more information.

Pet Relief Rooms are located after the security checkpoints on the departures floor at iGA Istanbul Airport.

Therapy Dogs

As iGA Istanbul Airport, we offer our passengers who experience flight stress a peaceful and enjoyable travel experience with the support of our lovely companions. We are aware that travel can be stressful, and for this reason, we provide therapy dogs at our airport to create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. In this way, we aim for our guests to leave our airport with happiness and beautiful memories.
