Established in partnership with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Türkiye, Istanbul Technical University, and iGA, the library is located in the domestic terminal and serves both passengers seeking cultural services and airport staff.

The Istanbul Airport Library is open daily from 07:00 to 23:00 in the domestic flights gates area.
