Employee Experience and Well-being

To establish iGA Istanbul Airport’s corporate culture and values, we launched the Culture Ambassadors Program in 2020. As a result of extensive work, we identified Unity, Continuous Development, Trust, and Guest Orientation as our core organizational values. Serving as promoters of this culture, our Culture Ambassadors embody and sustain iGA Istanbul Airport’s culture within the organization and organize voluntary activities. By 2024, a total of 174 Culture Ambassadors had taken on this responsibility.

As the iGA Istanbul Airport Family, we place great importance on ensuring that all our employees enjoy a career journey filled with happiness and success. Acknowledging that our employees are our most valuable asset, our main objective is to expand our family by ensuring the recruitment of the “right person for the right job” in alignment with our company’s mission and vision.

To support the psychological well-being of our employees, we provide psychosocial support through two in-house psychologists, offering individual psychotherapy sessions and training programs.

Equal Opportunity is another important focus area. Since May 2022, as a signatory of the UN Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), we have been monitoring progress periodically to improve women’s employment and representation in management positions.
