Assistance and Wheelchair Service
Assistance services are provided by the respective airlines. Guests who notify us of their need for assistance when purchasing their tickets, or who make a reservation at least 48 hours prior to their flight, can make use of this service within 15 minutes by notifying the service provider using the assistance call phones on arrival at our airport. Guests who arrive at the airport without a reservation for this service, may have to wait for up to 45 minutes.
Assistance Call Point
Guests requiring assistance can contact the service provider on their arrival at the airport, using the assistance call phones located near the main entrance gate. While waiting, they can rest on the bench located behind the main entrance gate.

Wheelchair Assistance for Passenger Companions
Only passengers are eligible to receive wheelchair and assistance services from the respective airline companies at our airport. Guests arriving to send off or welcome passengers, and who have mobility challenges, can request a wheelchair at the Information Desks.
